This is a project position (100%) with immediate start date and running until the 30th of November 2024.
Your responsibilities:
* Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal, technical and operational aspects of third-party fund placement fees offered to the bank and develop solutions / proposals
* Evaluate the current setup, implementation processes, and tool landscape
* Ensure proper allocation of fees to the respective relationship managers
* Ensure regulatory parameters are met across various jurisdictions in close collaboration with legal teams
* Proactively manage stakeholders and deadlines
Your profile:
* Extensive knowledge on the fund industry, with a strong understanding of fund structures and respective fee calculations (e.g. retrocessions, placement fees, etc.)
* Ability to liaise with legal departments on regulatory matters, experience working with fund regulations across different jurisdictions would be an asset
* Solid knowledge of how banks manage fund subscriptions, including nominee structures, booking centre operations and internal Valors
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
* Proven project management experience and ability to manage stakeholders and tight deadlines
* Available to start immediately (before October 2024)
* Fluency in English, German would be an asset
