Business Analyst – Fund Fee Project
On behalf of one of our clients, a leading Swiss private bank, Swisslinx is seeking a Business Analyst to assist with fund-related projects. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the bank's fund fee operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across various global locations.
This is a project position (100%) with immediate start date and running until the 30th of November 2024.
Your responsibilities:
â?¢ Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the legal, technical and operational aspects of third-party fund placement fees offered to the bank and develop solutions / proposals
â?¢ Evaluate the current setup, implementation processes, and tool landscape
â?¢ Ensure proper allocation of fees to the respective relationship managers
â?¢ Ensure regulatory parameters are met across various jurisdictions in close collaboration with legal teams
â?¢ Proactively manage stakeholders and deadlines
Your profile:
â?¢ Extensive knowledge on the fund industry, with a strong understanding of fund structures and respective fee calculations (e.g. retrocessions, placement fees, etc.)
â?¢ Ability to liaise with legal departments on regulatory matters, experience working with fund regulations across different jurisdictions would be an asset
â?¢ Solid knowledge of how banks manage fund subscriptions, including nominee structures, booking centre operations and internal Valors
â?¢ Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
â?¢ Proven project management experience and ability to manage stakeholders and tight deadlines
â?¢ Available to start immediately (before October 2024)
â?¢ Fluency in English, German would be an asset
