Business Analyst - Ms Dynamics
Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound Ms Dynamics knowledge for our Basel based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Gathering and consolidating business requirements from business users
- Solving CRM requirement conflicts among business units
- Analyzing business requirements considering technology abilities and challenges
- Providing solutions to optimize business processes, functions, and user experience
- Conducting CRM functional testing and preparing training materials
- Contributing to the agile delivery of the implementation team
Your experience/knowledge:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 in an international environment
- Strong experience in CRM business requirement analysis
- Proven experience in providing end-user trainings
- Extensive experience in CRM functional testing
- Demonstrated experience working within an agile implementation team
Your soft skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, flexible and customer focused
