BPA Manager / Analyst
BPA Manager / Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
- Accounting for the ESG Reporting fulfilling reporting requirements of internal and external ESG standard setters
- Improving and standardizing the E2E ESG Reporting processes, engaging with relevant system and business teams
- Providing adequate controls in standard processes in line with the defined ESG controls framework, ensuring successful external and internal audit endorsements
- Collaborating with FRA Ops Controls and Compliance and Group Financial Controls and Compliance teams to ensure process compliance
- Organizing appropriate trainings for relevant ESG areas in the country
- Monitoring ESG related audit issues relating to the standard processes and controls
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience in finance, P&O or HSE/NTO including reporting and analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid project management and change management skills
- Background in ESG reporting and Audit Assurance would be advantageous
- Master's degree in Business and Economics or equivalent
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German is beneficial
