In this job as a Banking Process and System Specialist you will act as a SME between the banking and the IT team to ensure smooth operation of existing systems/processes and to help plan and develop requirements for new implementations.
Job Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering/engineering for new implementations
- Acting as a single point of contact and key communicator between the banking and IT teams
- Monitor operations and projects that interact between the business/technical teams
- Create documentation to detail processes and training documents
- Testing of new systems/processes
To apply for this Banking Process and System SpecialistJob you should have/be:
- A background in the financial industry and knowledge of banking platforms
- Experience with Business/requirement analysis, testing and system management
- The ability to interact with business and technical teams
- Fluent German and good English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi task
