We Offer Global Messaging Services is the global competence center and single point of contact for all financial messaging usage and development within Credit Suisse. The team ensures that the CS bank is internally and externally connected for purpose of processing its transactions. It pursues a full-service approach for messaging including processing and standards.

This goal of this Group Messaging Services Team Lead would be:
- Administration of the SWIFT Infrastructure including the maintenance of RMA’s and the distribution of Broadcasts/Free Format Messages and BIC Maintenance
- Administration and Operation of the PsN, Fax and SWIFT4Corporates Infrastructure
- Contribute to Programs such as CS – UBS migration- and Projects to either change the Financial Messaging Infrastructure or advice on the use of the infrastructure.
- Messaging MIS, data analytics, controls and process optimization
- Manage a team consisting of 4 employees with later on dual access to UBS and CS environments ensuring the daily work and processes are in line with all the relevant regulatory guidelines and SLA’s

You Offer We are looking for:
- You have Banking/commercial education or equivalent
- Experience in Banking and Finance (ideally in Global Messaging and SWIFT as an advantage)
- Experience of 3 years as a team lead
- Outstanding ability to build positive relationships and connect with a broad variety of stakeholders
- Attentive to details, result-oriented, excellent customer service orientation and motivated to work in an international environment
- You have a can-do attitude and can motivate a team to thrive in a results-oriented environment
- You are proficient in English and German
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
