For a dynamic online company we're looking for a junior procurement assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement assistant to support the procurement team in all aspects of purchasing, vendor communication, order management, and data analysis.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Order Execution and Management
  • Supplier Communication and Relationship Management
  • Inventory and Stock Management
  • Administrative Support
  • Support in Supplier Sourcing
Functie-eisen
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role,preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (knowledge of procurement software is a plus).
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable with data management and reporting.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
