Join our team as an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) Team Supervisor, where you will lead high-impact responses to aircraft grounded situations, ensuring efficient and timely solutions to get aircraft back in the sky. In this role, you’ll coordinate across departments, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee a dedicated team, promoting their growth, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented environment. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational performance.
- Project Supervision: Oversee the execution of AOG projects to achieve budget, safety, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
- Team Leadership:functionally lead a team of Technicians and AOG Duty Managers, support and manage challenging situations.
- Coordination: Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and effective project execution up to financial closure.
- Team development: Prepare, update, and support the execution of the team’s training plan.
- Tool Management: Ensure the team has the required tools to execute their jobs effectively.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and improve relationships within the Jet Aviation network.
- Data and Analysis: Provide data and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Project Selection: Achieve billable and unbillable targets through effective project selection and collaboration with other Jet Aviation entities.

- At least 5 years experience in a managing or leadership role within a production environment.
- Strong technical background and hands-on experience in maintaining aircrafts.
- Experience in using SAP ERP or equivalent ERP system.
- First experience in managing projects, including cost and time controlling.
- Goal-oriented, driven personality with high customer centric mind-set
- Teambuilder with the ability to lead and motivate, also through changes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
