What’stherole?
The Analyst, Strategy & President's Office will provide strategic guidance and support to the President and senior leadership team. The role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans, conducting research and analysis, and advising on key business decisions. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing special projects and initiatives as directed by the President.In addition, this role will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the President.

Analyzes business data, prepares management summaries and reports.
Develops and maintains financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.
Conducts comprehensive financial analysis and proposes improvement projects to support strategic decision-making, including but not limited to:
Financial modeling and forecasting
Profitability analysis
Cost-benefit and analysis for new projects and initiatives
Variance analysis and performance tracking
Supports the annual budgeting process, including revenue projections, expense planning and resource allocation.
Serves as a trusted advisor to the President on matters of financial performance, market dynamics and business development initiatives.
Works closely with business divisions and supports functions in driving multiple projects simultaneously. Follows through on issues in a timely manner.
Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
Advises senior leaders on key business decisions.
Conducts market research, competitor analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decision making and market positioning.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Assists in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
Collaborates closely with the President to develop long-term financial strategies and objectives aligned with the company's mission and vision.
Provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the President. Functions as a liaison to senior management teams.
Provides support to the President while maintaining confidentiality.
Completes a broad range of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence, some highly confidential, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and documents for meetings.
Keeps the President apprised of upcoming commitments.
Anticipates President’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, and prepares content for presentations for stakeholders and staff meetings.
Supports communication channels, including social media, presentations, for Corporate and local announcements and events.
Organizes and steers project meetings, including preparation, moderating, and summarizing.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings, conferences, and special events, handling logistics and providing necessary materials and support.

Doyou qualify?
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance).
Five plus years experience in financial analysis covering a broad range of related activities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or management consulting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Exceptional organization and time management skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships and align closely with other company leaders and their administrative partners.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of professionalism and personal neutrality while dealing with diverse groups of people.
Highly flexible and adaptable, with the ability to anticipate potential issues, negotiate through unexpected situations and lead when necessary.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.
Ability to remain composed and work effectively and quickly in high pressure situations and with tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain an elevated level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
