Analyst – QC Microbiology (Ref. 2477) - 6 Month Contract
As a QC Analyst in Microbiology, you will perform and review microbiological tests, conduct environmental monitoring, and ensure compliance with safety, GDP, and GMP standards.
Your main tasks
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials and drug products for incoming, release, and stability specifications
- Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, compressed air, and water, including microbiological and particle tests
- Review analytical raw data and validate microbiological testing processes
- Release culture media and materials for laboratory use and identify microorganisms
- Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and supplier interactions
- Train team members and assist with laboratory tasks, including sample management and supply ordering
- Create and update procedures, work instructions, and QC documents
- Participate in team meetings, continuous improvement projects, and adhere to 5S principles
Your profile
- Knowledge of environmental, water, and gas monitoring, microbiological practices, and contamination control
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and GMP/GDP standards
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in lab safety, technical writing, and advanced computer skills (MS Office, LIMS)
- Fluency in French and English
- Federal Certificate as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a GMP-regulated environment, including microbiological testing
