The Advisory Risk Framework team is global owner of the advisory risk framework and client suitability related topics. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advisory Risk Transformation Manager. The candidate will lead, execute, monitor and report the status of the advisory risk framework evolution program, which includes various initiatives. The candidate ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget. This is a critical role that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can think strategically and execute stringently. This role requires a deep understanding of the advisory business, client suitability, risk and project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Development of risk remediation measure & framework evolutions plans in close collaboration with the Risk Type Owner and head Advisory Risk Framework
E2E lead & delivery of the multi-year advisory risk framework evolution initiative, ensure that all sub-initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Facilitate working groups & global alignment
Monitor and report the status of the various initiatives
Analyze risk data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Maintain advisory risk framework documentation
Prepare and present risk management reports to senior management
Define risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
University degree in Business Administration or Law
Proven experience in international business environments, project and risk management; thereof at least 7 years in the risk management area at a private bank or in the Wealth Management sector
In-depth business and regulatory expertise in the advisory business (e.g. consumer protection MIFID/FIDLEG, distribution rules etc.)
Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, to set priorities and work independently
Strong analytical skills, able to structure and document issues and solution options
Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English (French or German is an asset)
