Job Description
- Leading and processing of various analytical customer projects, mainly in the field of cell and gene therapy products cell-based potency assay development and release testing with physicochemical readout technologies like e.g. LC-MS
- Creating business cases and leading innovative analytical product developments
- Responsible for lab resource and project resource planning
- Data processing of large MS data sets using semi-automated workflows
- Writing of analytical results reports and standard operation procedures
- Documentation of activities, archiving and completion of all tasks necessary to maintain the laboratory
Requirements
- Degree in chemistry, analytical sciences or a related field
- At least 10 years experience in regulated industry environment (GMP)
- Experience with mass spectrometry and quantitative assays required
- Experience with cell-based assays (CBBA) is advantageous
- Experience in handling biological samples is advantageous
- Experience with proteomics is advantageous
- Experience with project management and line management is advantageous
- Very good knowledge both spoken and written of German and English
- A well-structured onboarding program
