Your area of impact:
- analytical processing of customer projects with a focus on routine and QC cell-based bioassays
- performing analyses under GMP and non-GMP (ISO9001)
- carrying out routine projects (release and stability studies)
- carrying out method development projects and validations
- performing analyses with microscopy and plate readers
- documenting work, archiving and assisting in the maintenance of laboratory and equipment
Your profile:
- profound knowledge of GMP analytics
- knowledge of general change, deviation and OOS processes
- experience working under biosafety level 2
- experience in performing cell-based bioassays with adherent and suspension cell lines
- additional experience with primary cultures is an advantage
- experience with cell transfections (lipid-mediated transfer, viral transfer)
- experience in performing assay readouts such as plate reader (absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence), flow cytometry and/or cell imaging
- fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
