HR & Payroll Specialist

As we continue to expand our operations globally, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team.

Position includes lead responsibilities in Human Resources (HR) and day-to-day support to the Company Director.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Primary responsibility for Local Guard Force (LGF) Switzerland payroll; HR management [Family allowance requests; Maternity/paternity indemnity request; Military indemnity request; Unemployment forms; Accident/sickness Notification; OASI Entry/leave; LPP Entry/leave/modification; Monthly withholding taxes notifications; Registration addition WHT submissions; Social security statutory returns]; Direct point of contact for employee issue resolution on all payroll/HR matters. Report to Director and Head of Accounting; Day-to-day management of the Main Office (Bern city center); Program management support; Consolidate expertise to reproduce functions in other programs by performing training and mentoring, with the opportuity for some off-site travel; performing other work assignments as required.

Schedule and Working Hours: Working hours are standard, nine-hour work days, Monday through Friday, covering core business hours between 10:00 and 16:00 CET. Workday includes an optional, paid one-hour lunch break.

Compensation and Benefits (Standard): Employee will receive all compensation and benefits in accordance with Swiss labor law and regulation (Code of Obligations), to include pension contributions, four weeks of paid vacation, accident and unemployment insurance.
