We are seeking an experienced Indian Curry & Tandoori Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes, particularly curries and tandoori items.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook traditional Indian curries and tandoori dishes.
Develop and refine recipes.
Manage kitchen operations and staff.
Ensure food quality and hygiene standards.
Source and manage ingredients.
Anforderungen
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and spices.
Excellent culinary and kitchen management skills.
