Python Expert

We are looking for a Python Expert for one of our clients.

Mission:

• Apply governance frameworks to ensure data security, compliance with regulations, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define a strategic roadmap for deploying and scaling Python technologies.
• Provide comprehensive training programs and workshops to empower non-technical users.
• Build and Maintain a repository of best practices, templates, and guidelines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of Python.
• Implement quality assurance processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience with Python
• Experience in Design and development on Python based architecture
• Software Engineering Leadership
• Experience with Python, Excel VBA, Pandas, SQL.
• Experience in Training of Citizen Developers Is an asset
• Knowledge of Java, AWS, Bash, C#.NET Is a plus
• English fluent, French or German would be a plus

Additional Information:

• Location: Vaud or Solothurn. Remote possible, but occasional on-site days are required.
• Duration 6 months
