Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Assistant to join the team.
The focus of this role is to develop content and execute marketing strategies aimed at generating qualified leads from key markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our institution.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management

•Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads.

•Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.


Content Development

•Create engaging content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram TikTok) tailored to

target audiences

•Create dynamic video content

•Ability to identify trends and follow trends on social media

•Ensure all marketing materials align with brand messaging and objectives.


Digital Marketing

•Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to refine and execute the marketing strategy.

•Improve organic search engine performance and set goals based on metrics.

•Oversee digital marketing initiatives including PPC, display advertising, and social media

campaigns.

•Help design and place advertisements

•Create visually appealing posters and designs


Lead Generation and Nurturing

•Enhance lead generation efforts from key markets.

•Implement targeted campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO,

content marketing, and events, while monitoring budget and ROI.

•Develop strategies to engage and educate prospective students throughout the enrollment

journey.

•Utilize marketing automation tools for lead segmentation and personalized communications.


Analytics and Reporting

•Track, measure, and report on campaign performance

•Provide insights to the management team for optimization opportunities.


Market Research

•Conduct market research on the higher education sector

Stay informed about industry changes that may impact marketing strategies.


Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

•Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.


Social Media

•Build and manage the social media presence across platforms, including Facebook,

Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn as well as additional channels that may be deemed relevant


Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

•Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the private education sector.

•Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and trends.

•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads,

Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo),

and CRM systems.

•Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite

•Experience in social media management

•Excellent writing and content creation skills with the ability to create compelling content and

communicate effectively with diverse audiences

•Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.

•Knowledge of the European higher education landscape preferred.

• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines

•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
