MARKET DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (M/W/D)
You will join the Central Europe IP&E team in an international company with 22,000 employees. On a daily basis you will perform Application Engineering, Sales and Supplier Management activities. You will travel regionally to meet business partners in DACH region.
What will you be doing?
Work collaboratively with our FAE teams and account managers to maximize the number of possible opportunities to close.
Guide the creative inventors at our customers on how to realize their great ideas & products.
Gather and analyze competitive information to identify new business opportunities
Organize training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends
Deliver regular market and commercial updates to regional teams
Foster teamwork within the One Arrow team to enhance customer satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
Educated within Electronics
You have experience in similar position within electronics industry (in sales, marketing, or product management)
Fluency in German and English
You can build and develop strategic business relationships
You have interacted with high-level stakeholders from large accounts
Can-do mindset
