Head of Sales foambonding adhesives (m/w/d)

TASKS
- Creation and implementation of sales strategies that are aligned with the company's objectives
- Market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Management and motivation of the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Training and development of the sales team
- Implementation of performance appraisals and feedback Meetings
- Defining sales targets and objectives for the team
- Monitoring sales figures and budget compliance
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Customer visits and discussions to promote customer retention
- Once a year personal contact with all global accounts
- Identification of potential new customer Segments
- Review and optimization of sales processes to increase efficiency
- Ensuring data maintenance and efficient reporting with the help of the CRM system
- Identification of up- and cross-selling potential and initiation of appropriate measures
- Preparation of sales reports and analyses to monitor the performance
- Presentation of the results to the management
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to position products and services
- Integrate feedback from the market and customers into product development
- Carrying out market and competitive analyses to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Developing pricing strategies and sales promotion measures
- Planning and implementation of sales promotions and campaigns
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer complaints
- Development of measures to improve customer satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 5 years of experience in the foam industry or upholstered furniture, plus a minimum of 3 years of general sales experience
- Experience in the trade and sale of adhesives is required
- Outstanding technical understanding
- Proven experience in the mechanical, technical field, preferably in the foam and upholstery industry
- Well-connected and well-known in the foam processing industry
- Experience in working with distributors
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams
- Fluency in English and Turkish, further language skills such as Arabic are an advantage
- Willing to travel 80% - 100%
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive "can-do" personality, characterized by initiative and problem-solving skills
