Senior System/Product Engineer in System Integration (m/f/d)
Hintergrund:
Point-of-Care R&D Systems Engineering & Verification in Rotkreuz sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Ingenieur/in als Allrounder, Integrator und Troubleshooter für komplexe Blutgas-Analysesysteme. Wir bieten ein Umfeld, in dem der/die Stelleninhaber/in sich fachlich

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Fehlersuche und Ursachenanalyse an komplexen Blutanalyse-Systemen, unter Betrachtung aller Einflüsse auf Messtechnik, Hardware, Software und Fluidik (Blut, Kalibrations- und Kontroll-Lösungen)
- Erarbeitung von Lösungen zur Problembehebung mit Fokus auf die Business- und Produktionsanforderungen. Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachdisziplinen (Elektronik, Mechanik, Software, Sensor-Prozessentwicklung)
- Inbetriebnahme von und Integrationsarbeiten an komplexen Geräten und Systemen während der Entwicklung, unter Anwendung von Systems Engineering Methoden (IV&V)
- Spezifikation und Entwicklung von Mess- und Analysetools inkl. zugehöriger Software, ggf. auch von Testsystemen, in Zusammenarbeit mit den erwähnten Fachdisziplinen und/oder externen Partnern
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Wissen und Know-how betreffend der System- und Fluid-Steuerung sowie betreffend der Robustheit und Zuverlässigkeit der komplexen Systeme und ihrer Komponenten.
- Ausführliche Dokumentation im Rahmen der Entwicklungs- und Change Control-Prozesse
- Verantwortlichkeit für ein Projekt oder Produkt im Rahmen einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
Anforderungen:
- Mechatronische oder verwandte Ingenieurs Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige 5 Jahre nachweisliche Erfahrung in Entwicklung, Integration und Test von komplexen Mess- und Automationssystemen
- Codierung (Python, ggf. C++) für die Steuerung von Geräten und (Fluid-)Systemen, Verarbeitung, Darstellung und Analyse von grossen und komplexen Datenmengen
- Mechatronik / Mechanik- und Elektronik-Skills, vorzugsweise auch Erfahrung mit Kunststoff-Spritzguss
- Dokumentation komplexer Sachverhalte im Rahmen der regulatorischen Prozesse
- Programmierung von und Umgang mit Datenbanken
- Dokumentation in Microsoft Office und Google Docs
- Entwicklung und Anwendung diverser eigener Lösungen für die Datenverarbeitung
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sehr hohes Mass an Teamfähigkeit, erforderlich für die Arbeit in inter- und multidisziplinären R&D Teams und mit den angrenzenden Funktionen (Produktion, Qualitätskontrolle, Qualität, ggf. Regulatory)
- Organisatorisches Geschick und methodische Fähigkeiten zur Darstellung und Analyse von Sachverhalten (auch für die Teamarbeit)
- Fliessend Englischkenntnisse (erforderlich) und fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (bevorzugt) in Wort und Schrift
