SAP Basis Administrator/-in
Your tasks:
Ensure the security and high availability of SAP operations in collaboration with our external Basis service provider and the internal IT department.
Analyze and address service requests and incidents.
Handle Basis tasks within the SAP CCoE, including patch/release installations, system/client copies, monitoring, transport management, and role/user management.
Participate in projects and further develop the Basis infrastructure.
Collaborate with the external Basis service provider to install and configure SAP systems.
Regularly maintain and update SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures.
Perform backups and restorations to ensure data integrity and system availability.
Manage users and roles within SAP systems.
Manage and execute transports within the SAP landscape.
Analyze and resolve issues, providing technical support to users.
Support SAP projects and advocate for Basis interests.
Your profile:
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, IT vocational training, or a comparable qualification.
Practical experience as a Basis administrator with various operating systems (Windows, Linux) and SAP HANA DB, ideally holding SAP certifications.
Proficient in German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with various stakeholders.
Accustomed to working in a team-oriented, independent, and precise manner.
