This internship in Roche Informatics in Kaiseraugst offers you the unique opportunity to learn more about our mission, what we do, working in an agile organization, how we support patients on their journey, as well as meeting lots of great people to learn from. Your contributions will focus on internal communications and coordination of engagement activities for our Informatics colleagues across the globe.
During the internship you will:
Support and coordinate communication and engagement activities for Informatics specialists in different technology fields around the globe (e.g., newsletters, mailings, town halls & talks)
Develop and create communication material, including videos, articles, podcasts and presentations for internal audiences (including Informatics leaders)
Manage and publish content on internal comms channels
Assist in leading cross-functional activities and strategic initiatives, as needed
Measure organizational effectiveness and support efforts to foster collaboration with both internal and external partners
Work closely and support Chiefs of Staff and Engagement Leads with operational activities to deliver leadership & organizational units’ agenda for the year
Work collaboratively to facilitate smooth Leadership Team meetings and maintain essential documents and tools (e.g., documents, Trello Boards, Lucid Boards).
Your Profile

For this internship we are mainly looking for an enrolled student or recent graduate who’s passionate about and skilled in graphic design, storytelling and engagement. Your field of studies is in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public relations or Event Management. First experience in the area of communications, event or project management is a plus.
What do you need in your toolbox:
Experience and passion for graphic design and movie making/editing (e.g. Adobe suite)
Able to work independently with little guidance, have an enthusiastic, open-minded & can-do attitude
Highly collaborative with an ability to multitask while remaining organized in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge in Google’s suite of applications (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Google Sites)
Fluent spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage
