• You lead the technical tendering and the procurement tendering teams (approx. 15 people)
• You are guiding the teams and (global) proposal activities in regards to costing, technical approach, and risk management
• You ensure solid preparation and participation of cost reviews
• You closely aligne and collaboration with our Sales, Proposal, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Engineering department
• You drive improvements in regards to works structures, tools, methods, and processes

• You are a trained engineer with minimum of 10 years' experience in an international EPC environment
• You have proven experience in tendering and costing
• You have proven experience as team leader
• You communicate effectively towards different disciplines and levels
• You are at ease with complex and challenging circumstances, while maintaining an integrative approach
• You are fluent in English
