• You have made a career in consulting and bring along excellent methodological and technical skills.
• You have a scientific and/or technical background or in economics and bring experience in leading and supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.
• You're able to quickly grasp complex scenarios and interrelationships and address them with solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have proven expertise in common methodologies and frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, SCRUM, etc.).
• You have an interest in the further development of the team and the expansion of the service offering and show initiative to shape them both.
• You have experience in leadership and/or coaching of employees.
• You have a convincing appearance and excellent communication skills, which makes you a competent conversation partner for our clients.
• You have very good oral and written skills in German and English, preferably also in French
• You are a committed, communicative personality with high flexibility and resilience, you like to work in teams but also independently and at changing locations.
