Are you ready to tackle your next branding challenge? We’re seeking a visionary and dynamic Global Brand Manager to execute Hexagon’s corporate brand strategy on a divisional level. Hexagon’s Geosystems division is a multi-brand business within Hexagon, the global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software, and autonomous technologies to put data to work. As the Global Brand Manager, you shape and elevate our identity across various brand portfolios and support our go-to-market teams to understand the brand structure and guidelines. You take full ownership of the brand strategy, consultation, implementation, and governance for various brands across the business.
As an experienced brand manager, you enjoy interacting with different business areas and marketing teams and want to learn about high-tech products and markets. The role reports to the VP Global Marketing and is part of the divisional marketing leadership team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-brand strategies that align with our division’s vision, values, and business goals
- Create divisional guidelines based on the corporate CI/CD and support the brand activation within the division
- Cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all touchpoints, from digital platforms and marketing campaigns to product collaterals and events
- Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in a competitive market
- Collaborate with and provide strategic guidance to internal and external partners worldwide to manage brand assets, ensuring visual and tonal consistency
- Manage brand budget as well as measure, analyse, and report the effectiveness of brand campaigns
- Develop extensive governance resources and training materials to upskill internal and external go-to-market teams
- Minimum five years of experience in a senior brand management role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies
- Experience with working in a global corporate multi-brand and B2B environment, ideally in the field of hard- and/or software
- Tertiary degree in business, marketing, design, communications, or a related field
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to think long-term while hands-on managing day-to-day brand operations
- A “can-do” attitude with high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and departments
- Outstanding communication, presentation and storytelling skills, fluency in English
