Position tasks list Purchasing, Sales, others
- Placing orders
- Follow-up of orders, deliveries, change dates, pull in / pull out deliveries
- Direct contact with suppliers
- Receipts of goods
- Book invoices of suppliers for components and general items
- Closing the stocks for monthly inventory, components and finished products
- ERP Data reporting for monthly inventory
- Administration of Quality occurrence logistic; Credit Notes, Replacements
- Collaboration with remote assembly plant (China) for components dispatch
- Organizing shipments AIR / SEA
- Administration for Import / Export /customs / VAT
- Different Customer Portals (EDI systems) for orders readout
- Direct contact with customers by phone or e-mail
- Follow up assembly orders at remote location (China)
- Organize weekly delivery plans
- Visitors reception (Customers, Suppliers)
– Correspondence in English and French
