Position Overview:
We, a global leader in HR industry, are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Product Management (GPM) team. This role will primarily focus on working with our French business on key projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in gathering, defining, and documenting requirements for both digital and non-digital solutions. Collaborating closely with Product/Platform Owners, PMO, and the UX team, you will ensure that all business needs are clearly captured and communicated, facilitating the successful execution of our product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Lead the effort to collect and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
* Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work in conjunction with Product/Platform Owners, PMO, and the UX team to understand and articulate business needs across digital and non-digital channels.
* User Story Creation: Collaborate with Product/Platform Owners, UX Researchers, and offshore BAs in the co-creation of user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure user stories are comprehensive and meet the agreed-upon standards.
* Consultation and Review: Act as a consultant in the user story creation process, providing input and ensuring consistency and quality.
* Coordination with Offshore Teams: Engage with offshore BA teams, GPM Platform Owners, and the development team to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into the technical design and development processes.
* Documentation Management: Maintain all requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders, in fully proficient English.
* Support PMO: Assist the PMO in understanding and managing the requirements scope and ensuring all deliverables align with business goals.
* Collaboration with UX Team: Work closely with the Director of UX and UX Researchers to ensure that the overall product experience, both online and offline, meets user expectations and business objectives.
* Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the requirements gathering and documentation processes, implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
* Communication Skills: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (mandatory), with the ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a global product management or digital solutions environment.
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, definition, and documentation.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing user stories and requirements.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
* Ability to work effectively with offshore teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate and present complex information clearly and accurately in both English and French to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with wide variety of stakeholders including business SME's, tech teams, product etc across multiple geographies.
* Knowledge of digital product management and the software development lifecycle.
* Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus.
