Become part of our client's Consolidated Supervision team with primary focus on Internal Control Framework and Quality Assurance module.

The team oversees the implementation of the Global Minimum Standards (GMS) and Global Minimum Controls (GMC) across the Group and is responsible for the Group Policy Management framework and the implementation of the GMC within the Group entities as well as to conduct the independent Quality Assurance to verify that the Group standards and controls have been properly implemented and adhered to.

Tasks

• Prepare reports, statistics, and ad-hoc requests for dashboard and KPI reporting for the senior management committee
• Consolidate input from international locations on GMC applicability, implementation, and results for key stakeholders, risk type owners, and senior management
• Manage the GMC deviation/non-applicability workflow tool and related processes
• Support the rollout and implementation of the GMC in newly established or acquired entities within the group
• Provide guidance on the GMC framework and tools to international locations for the implementation of relevant local key controls and reporting of control results
• Ensure adequate communication of revised and new GMCs to the relevant international locations
• Support the Quality Assurance Framework by tracking, consolidating results, and reporting
• Create supporting materials such as manuals, training materials, SOPs, and internal dashboards for the Internal Control Framework and Quality Assurance Framework
• Support quality assurance testing of the ICF, focusing on design and operational effectiveness
• Conduct Quality Assurance testing of the ICF (design and operational effectiveness) in areas such as Markets Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, and Investment Products and Services, among others
• Oversee the planning, tracking, testing, result consolidation, and reporting within the Quality Assurance Framework
• Generate reports, statistics, and ad-hoc requests for dashboard and KPI reporting for the senior management committee
• Assist in consolidating input from international locations on GMC applicability, implementation, and results for key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and senior management
• Develop supporting materials such as manuals, training materials, SOPs, etc., for the Quality Assurance Framework and Internal Control Framework

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration or finance)
• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in banking within audit or compliance analysis with excellent data analyst skills
• Profound IT-skills (well-versed with Excel and Access functionalities (VBA), Power BI, Tableau)
• Accurate and independent way of working
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Trustworthy and cooperative team player with an open-minded personality
