Tasks:
- Manage the TRD excipient portfolio, including supplier approval processes and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to address excipient-related matters.
- Oversee change control management for supplier or internally triggered modifications.
- Support project teams with excipient-related requests and implement new excipients into operations.
- Handle CAPAs and change actions involving multiple project users and product specifications.
- Represent the department in QA and external interactions regarding excipients.
- Act as an expert in excipient/supplier implementation and support planning coordination.
- Coordinate the transfer of excipient ownership back to TRD during site discontinuations.
- Ensure clear communication channels and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Identify and drive continuous process improvements beyond the immediate scope.
Requirements:
- Degree in science, logistics & supply chain, business administration, or equivalent; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, including GMP knowledge.
- Strong understanding of GMP regulations, supply chain processes, and material planning/logistics.
- Background in business support or customer service in pharmaceutical/biotech/chemical industries preferred.
- Strong interdisciplinary thinking, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
