YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
- Implements the strategy for acquiring and developing large accounts, especially Financial Institutions, multinationals, collections partners.
- Continuously review the offers to keep them competitive, technically suitable, and profitable.
- Ensure prospecting and qualification of opportunities with high-level contacts: CFOs, Treasury directors, Credit Managers as well as brokers.
- Ensure commercial governance regarding large accounts: top target lists, account management, profitability monitoring.
- Manage relation with other relevant departments (i.e. Legal, Group Debt Collection, Marketing etc.)
- Perform selected commercial initiatives (i.e. ECAs/FIs or international accounts campaigns)
- Lead large deal negotiations, promote and follow-up evolutions on commercial features offered by the system (i.e. extranet, APIs etc.)
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Education:
- Higher education Degree level (business school or university).
- Good knowledge with IT tools: Microsoft 365°, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a financial services sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced global business.
Competencies:
- Autonomous: able to self-motivate and focus on goals and activities while working on one’s own.
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (Italian / French).
- Sales negotiation and communication skills.Able to build rapport and long-term relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to build productive networks.
