*Brazil, Chile, Colombia, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Luxembourg, Miami, Poland, Shanghái, Singapore, Spain (Madrid/Valencia), Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.

This role will include:

• Serve as first point of contact for existing clients
• On-boarding project management tasks for new clients
• 1st level support for Web portal users
• Coordinating client’s requests with internal stakeholders
• Supporting the Sales team in the client acquisition process
• Occasional travel when required.

The successful Candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Client focused and quality-driven
• Ability to interact independently with professional clients
• Analytical skills
• Advanced PC skills
• Working experience in the fund industry or in the custody business
• Knowledge of operations services (e.g. from fund dealing, custody, payments, SWIFT)
• Fluency in German and English. French is a further plus.
