Our client is a growing single-family office based in the city of Zug and manages an international group of companies. To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a committed

Accounting Clerc 80 - 100% (f/m)

starting immediately or by agreement.

We are searching a dedicated new colleague interested in working within a corporate group in the wealth management sector. This role involves providing accounting support.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable including invoicing
  • Review and post expenses and credit-card statements
  • Post bank transactions
  • Master data maintenance and document filing, including digital archiving
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Support the preparation of VAT declarations
  • Contribute to the development of work processes and support internal projects

Your Profile:

  • Commercial education ideally supplemented with further specialisation in accounting (e.g., SachbearbeiterIn Finanz- und Rechnungswesen)
  • Experience as an accounting clerk in an international environment
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting according to Swiss commercial law (CO)
  • Knowledge of Swiss VAT is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ABACUS is an advantage
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, especially Excel, and affinity with IT tools Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of English (corporate language) and excellent German
  • You are reliable, flexible and a team player
