To reinforce the marketing team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:

VP MARKETING ASSISTANT 100% - 8 MONTHS

Job description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Executive assistant for the VP Marketing
  • Filter and find solutions to external & internal demands addressed to the VP Marketing
  • Screening of incoming calls, mail and emails
  • Specific correspondence upon request
  • Preparation of documents, presentations and weekly report
  • Support with follow-up tasks
  • Implement, collect and consolidate of ad-hoc reporting from the teams
  • Control and validate invoices
  • Coordinates meetings and write meeting minutes
  • Organize and support internal and external events
  • Control & validation of absences of the team
  • Control & validation of expenses reports
  • Contact Human Resources concerning personnel questions/changes/new arrivals
  • Take care of the introduction of new employees in the team and in the markets
  • Organize objectives and bonus discussion as well as annual individual meeting with the team
  • Organize welcome of external visitors
  • Handle business trips coming from the team members and guests and provide reporting
  • Organise caterings and contribute to hospitality/events of internal and external visitors

Professional requirements

Professional requirements

  • Commercial diploma or similar background with several years' work experience
  • Professional qualification as a management assistant would be an advantage
  • Mastery of MS Office

Languages

In addition, you possess excellent written and communications skills in English, and French. German and others languages would be a plus.
