About the Job
As Project Assistant to our Head of Global HR Transformation & Operation you will assist him in organizing a multitude of meetings, requests, and projects. You will effectively support in communicating with his team and other stakeholders to set the right priorities and keep a good oversight off all related matters.
Your Role
Overall administrative support for our Head of Global HR Transformation & Operation
Coordinating and controlling of all on-going operational project activities in Global HR Transformation & Operations
Supporting project & program leads (e.g. coordination and organization of project meetings, workshops and ensuring the right level of documentation)
Evaluation and analysis of data to prepare/support decision making on executive level
Managing and coordinating the executive’s calendar efficiently and effectively
Handling all forms of correspondence ensuring all communications are routed or handled with the right prioritization
Planning and managing travel itinerary for the executive and some direct reports
Organizing internal and external local and international events, workshops, and meetings
Drafting and creating presentations and managing the organizations overall communications in cooperation with other team members
Supporting on operational topics such as purchasing, order management, project controlling and office management
Several years of professional experience as personal assistant in a large global organization and international environment
High level of commitment, flexibility, and team spirit as well as the willingness to proactively take responsibility and drive smaller sub-projects
Strong communication and organization skills paired with empathy
A creative and pragmatic approach with a service mindset
Experience in working with IT tools like Office365, SAP, ITSM
Full professional fluency in English and German
