We are looking for an Assistant Portfolio Advisor (60%) to join our family office team of 5. If your friends describe you as quick, and you love tackling a broad range of issues independently, this opportunity is for you!

Assistant Portfolio Advisor (60%)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Investment support: Assist in the daily management of investment portfolios, including monitoring market and implementing strategies. Prepare and update investment-related documents, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
  • Relationship management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, counterparties, and key stakeholders. Support with troubleshooting.
  • Documentation: Solid knowledge of banking documentation, including trusts. Responsible for onboarding and client contracts.
  • Data management: Organize, update, and analyze financial data and to support investment decisions.
  • Risk control: Support the risk management process by ensuring compliance with policies and monitoring potential risks.

Profile:

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry as wealth management assistant or similar positions.
  • University-level education (minimum BA/BSc).
  • Solid understanding of banking documentation, financial markets, and investment products.
  • Knowledge and experience of banking software.
  • The candidate should be ready to work independently and proactively and take ownership of tasks as he/she grows into the role, be very attentive to detail and passionate about delivering excellent client service in a professional and friendly manner.
