Office Manager
MIKI TRAVEL AGENCY SA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Geneva. We are a Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in organizing group and FIT travel to Switzerland and Japan. Our headquarters are located in London, UK, while our Geneva office is responsible for sales and operations to Switzerland and sales to Japan. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our dynamic and growing company.
- Lead the operation and coordination team in the office.
- Support the management in administrative tasks.
- Provide support (tour production) to our sales offices in Japan and Asia.
- Suppliers contracting and sales price setting .
- Greet customers and answer and direct phone calls.
- A minimum of 3 years of office management in travel industry experience.
- Japanese language (native) + English (fluent) are required.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
- Valid Swiss work permit
- Very good knowledge of Japanese travel market
- Good knowledge of Swiss touristic ressources
