As a Claim Account Manager – US Mid-Market for the Americas Claims team, you will be responsible for claim account management functions for customers in our growing US Mid-Market business unit, helping to sell AXA XL Claims value in the marketplace and managing claims-related service issues for our customers, Third Party Administrator (“TPA”) and key distribution partners.

Key responsibilities of this role are:
Completion of new account implementations including completion of Welcome/Onboarding meetings with new insured, in-house claims units, TPA and broker partners to ensure all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities on the claim program.
Interaction with the in-house claim units and third-party administrator as needed, to develop, implement and monitor compliance with the client specific instructions and any action plans related to performance on the claim program.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $104,000 – $182,000. Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
