To support our current and future products, we are looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art mobile applications that delight our customers. In our international team we develop e-solutions for the next generation of hearing aids. We need you, our new Data Scientist specialized in audio, to join us on this exciting journey. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of building, maintaining, and extending large multimodal data sets for audio applications, driving significant advancements in hearing technology.

Your tasks
- Source and streamline multimodal datasets to ensure they are efficiently used in our machine learning pipelines
- Evaluate, analyze and verify machine learning models to guarantee optimal performance
- Support recording efforts for impactful data and manage crowd-sourced data labeling processes
- Develop and implement new concepts to maximize the benefits of data management
- Collaborate with deep learning engineers and embedded software developers in a united effort to transform the world of hearing
Your profile
- MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of strong experience in data science and in handling large datasets
- Strong background in statistics and statistical data analysis
- Experience working with Python scientific stack (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) and in machine learning frameworks (Tensorflow, Pytorch, Jax)
- Knowledgeable about audio data processing and applying common machine learning models to real-world data
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
