Your mission
- International sales of chemical products
- Driving the daily commercial business of our distribution partners
- Supporting the development of the company distribution strategy
- Volume, turnover and profit responsibility
- Providing application-related consulting and support to existing and new distributors in close cooperation with Product Management, Supply Chain, Research & Development and other business units
- Cultivating and developing long-term customer relations
- Developing new areas of applications and introducing new products and technical solutions
- Market and competitor observation and market potential analyses; developing authoritative plans on short and mid-term business development
- Collaborating in strategic projects
Your profile
- Chemical education (FH/Uni)
- Solid experience in sales towards distributors or another customer-related activity in the field of surfactants commercialized in various markets (eg Industrial and Institutional Cleaning, Metal or other technical applications)
- Ability to define business processes and to handle efficiently distributors in many different regions
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident demeanour
- You can organise yourself well and have high team competences in order to achieve optimal results for our customers in cooperation with other internal departments.
- Connected thinking, able to grasp complex information and communicate in a concise manner
- Fluency in English is needed; additionally fluency in French or German is appreciated
- Willingness to travel 30% to 40%, primarily in Europe
