Are you ready to make a significant impact as a Senior Business Architect? This role offers you the opportunity to shape business architecture and design forward-thinking solutions that align with our strategic goals. You'll be at the forefront of transformation, managing stakeholders, leading projects in cross-functional setups and consult business with your knowledge. - Develop forward-looking visions for outlining strategies and recommending tools and technologies
- Create comprehensive concepts aligned with the Business Architecture and Business Solution Design
- Proactively manage stakeholders and communicate project updates effectively in SteerCo's or other platforms
- Provide consulting expertise to the operational business by staying informed about trends, tools and technologies
- Acts as Product Owner or Project Lead depending on delivery methodology
- Coordinates projects across different cross functional teams to achieve business architecture
- Bachelor's or master's in business administration or equivalent
- Strong background in IT, Architecture and Delivery processes
- Excellent skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable plans/concepts
- Inclusive personality able to manage all kind of levels and personalities
- Dare, drive, deliver attitude, motivated to make a difference and challenging the status quo
- Fluent in German and English, French and/or Italian are an asset
