Construction Manager – Photovoltaics (m/f/d)
Our client, a prominent solar park operator in Germany with around 300 MWp, has been leading the development, construction, and management of sustainable solar parks and renewable energy systems, including battery storage, across Germany and Europe for 17 years. With a strong focus on technological advancement and digitalization, they are now seeking passionate individuals to join their innovative team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects in roof and open space segments for large-scale photovoltaic systems.
- Act as the primary on-site contact for customers.
- Coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and budget.
- Plan and manage materials before and during construction.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain detailed construction diaries.
- Attend and lead on-site construction meetings.
- Assess potential roof areas and review building and site plans.
- Design solar projects using AutoCAD for both open space and roof-mounted systems.
- Create initial module occupancy plans to evaluate area potential.
- Prepare execution plans, including cabling diagrams, single-line diagrams, ballast plans, and cable pull lists.
- Generate yield forecasts using PV-Syst software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, or a related field; or equivalent technical training, such as a master craftsman or technician in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD and PV-Syst is a plus.
- Ideally, experience in the PV industry, including system implementation and planning.
- Passion for developing innovative PV concepts.
- Structured, independent work approach.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Valid Class B driving license.
- Willingness to travel during the week.
