Do you want to work on high-impact projects with cutting-edge technology? Are you passionate about minimizing custom development and maximizing the use of platform standards? Would you like to play a critical role in the operational and technical support of a leading platform?
Our client, leading provider building materials company, is in an exciting phase of expanding their ServiceNow capabilities and focusing on reducing complexity while ensuring the platform is up-to-date. The biggest challenge will be to integrate seamlessly with other components and enhance process automation while promoting user self-service.
I’m looking for someone who:
- Has 3-5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform
- Possesses strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules
- Is proficient in ServiceNow scripting
- Has experience designing and implementing workflows, forms, notifications, and reports
Who is interested in:
- Conducting technical evaluations of strategic and operational demands
- Developing and controlling the technical configuration of ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Providing technical guidance to outsourced practices and performing code reviews
- Maintaining high-level design documentation and promoting automation and orchestration of support tasks
- Collaborating on the design and implementation of a platform operating model
