Nous cherchons pour notre client dans le domaine bancaire sur Genève un(e) :
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with strong scripting skills and expertise in managing Oracle Data Guard, Pluggable Databases (PDBs), and Oracle RAC. Familiarity with Oracle Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle GoldenGate is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and maintain Oracle databases, including Pluggable Databases (PDBs) and Oracle RAC environments.
- Implement and manage Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery and high availability.
- Develop and maintain database scripts for automation, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
- Perform database performance tuning and optimization.
- Monitor and maintain database backups, recovery, and security procedures.
- Assist in the migration and consolidation of databases, particularly within an ExaCC environment.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database availability, reliability, and scalability.
- Provide support for database issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle DBA, with a focus on Oracle Data Guard and Pluggable Databases.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Bash, or Python for database automation.
- Familiarity with Oracle ODA
- Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC) and Oracle GoldenGate is a plus.
- Strong understanding of database security, backup/recovery, and performance tuning best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus
Other:
- On-site position in Geneva Bank's facilities
- 6 months contract (with option to extend), starting as soon as possible
