Account Manager (H/F - 100%)
KIDAN is on the hunt for a results-driven Account Manager to strengthen our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our organization, you'llbe responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term client success. This role is crucial in maintaining our strong market position and expanding our partnerships with industry leaders like ManageEngine and Zoho. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in the Swiss market
- Identify client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
- Handle client inquiries, respond to RFPs, and lead negotiations through to contract signing
- Manage client accounts, ensuring customer retention and high satisfaction levels with our services and products
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with technical and business development teams
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Represent KIDAN at events and client meetings
- Stay updated on our product portfolio and IT industry trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT
- Mandatory : Fluency in French, German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts to non-technical audiences
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
