IT Business Analyst - Transformation Projects - RM Group AG
IT Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound Transformation Projects knowledge for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Understanding business objectives and rules quickly to validate requirements and align with strategic priorities
- Owning assigned topics end-to-end, managing dependencies across teams and ensuring timely processing through the life cycle
- Conducting elicitation and refinement sessions with subject matter experts and end users
- Creating accurate and complete IT requirement specifications from business needs, ensuring timely quality checks
- Preparing and presenting concepts and solution alternatives in collaboration with Architects and Lead Developers
- Participating in testing, UAT, and post-implementation activities, including problem-solving and training support
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in global transformation projects with a solution- and delivery-focused mindset
- Proven experience in agile environments and the ability to work under pressure in complex global, multi-vendor projects
- Strong skills in capturing complex business requirements and translating them into functional IT requirements and testing materials
- Balanced combination of business acumen and technical expertise, with a preference for insurance industry knowledge
- University degree in IT, technology, business information or equivalent, is advantageous
