For our customer a company based in the "Nord vaudois", we are seeking a:

Key Account Manager

Your Mission:

  • Represent the company and serve the interests of the customers.
  • Monitor the customer's strategy and requirements and align our strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate all customer RFQ activities.
  • Address P&L issues with plants and the customer.
  • Grow the business with the customer and build the annual budget.
  • Coordinate all activities related to the customer, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and SCM, in collaboration with the corresponding Program Managers.
  • Sell all company's services
  • Develop your markets by dedicating approximately 50% of your time to prospecting and networking.
  • Win new prospects and markets that align with company's capabilities, contributing significantly to top-line growth.
  • Present an attractive value proposition to new prospects and secure significant opportunities.
  • Build trust at all levels within the prospect's organization

Profile:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, with some experience in the electronic industry.
  • Several years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Customer-centric with a positive attitude: attentive, negotiation skills, respectful.
  • Autonomous, efficient, organized, rigorous, and able to manage through influence.
  • Focused on customer satisfaction while defending company's interests.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Results-driven, with significant contributions to top-line growth and EBITDA.
  • Fluent in oral and written French, English, and German (C1).
  • Available for frequent face-to-face meetings with customers and prospects as required (minimum 50% travel time).
  • This position report to the Chief Sales Officer
