Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Accreditation Manager from October 2024 to the end of May 2025 (50% October and November, and 100% from December). As part of the ESC Security team, your tasks will be the following:
- Manage the Accreditation team and collaborate closely with the EBU team on the dedicated platform;
- Contribute to the development of accreditation procedures;
- Participate in meetings with the ESC Head of Security, the host city and local authorities for decision-making;
- Manage access to the event (badges, invitations) and reception of accredited persons;
- Produce the badges before the start of the event.
Your profile
- Several years of recognised experience in the events industry (references required)
- Spoken and written English. Fluency in French and German would be an advantage
- Integrity, flexibility and ability to propose solutions
- Team spirit and commitment
- Rigour and great resistance to stress
- Sense of welcome and well groomed appearance
