Are you passionate about aviation and eager to contribute to the efficiency and safety of flight operations? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Flight Operations Department, working closely with our Head of the Flight Support Unit and the Nominated Person Flight Operations (NPFO) to ensure excellence and compliance in every aspect of our operations.
- Assist the Flight Operations Department with routine tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Collaborate with the NPFO to uphold safety and compliance standards, both within the department and for subcontracted services, in line with our Safety Management System
- Work alongside the Training Department to develop engaging e-learning courses related to flight operations
- Provide administrative and technical support for projects within the Flight Operations Department, ensuring timely and organized delivery
- Update Operations Manuals (OM) and support developing compliant content
- Act as a software administrator for designated systems, as assigned, ensuring optimal performance and user support
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Aeronautics, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
- Previous experience in a similar role or aviation environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in document management and revision, with a keen eye for detail
- Very comfortable using MS Office Suite and basic programming skills are an advantage
- Familiarity with aviation management software and data analysis tools is a plus
- Effective at managing time and priorities
