The Management of Change (MoC) Internship is responsible for and manages the application of Skyguide's management of change framework in key projects/programs in Skyguide and drives the automation of the workflow.
- Learning about the MoC framework of Skyguide, planning and supporting in delivering the MoC Lunch & Learn events and other trainings
- Attending meetings on Go/No Go criteria, Core Team meetings, OPS Coordination Days, capturing data and timely updating the change impact assessments
- Preparing the people transition and post go live support plans and creating presentation, surveys and other material needed for managing the people side of change
- Keeping dashboards about operational engagement and change readiness up to date
- Preparing people adoption plan and defining KPIs for adoption
- Presenting plans to the Release teams and other key stakeholders
- Degree in either of management, engineering, science, applied psychology, business administration
- Proven track record in managing change
- Interest and knowledge about transformation and people side of change
- Previous internship/volunteering or other work experience in a company/organization
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously and analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Fluent in English, good command in German or French is a plus
