Brand Activation Lead Manager (f/m/d)
What this position is about - Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced marketeer with a proven track record in developing teams and establishing consumer & trade activities while supporting brand, consumer and trade strategies. You will be responsible for all activation programs (incl. P&L responsibility) such as Festival, Events, 1-2-1, POSM & Trade activities securing full integration while also working with your peers in marketing and sales.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor direct reports, supporting their professional development & career aspirations
- Lead in innovation by translating brand strategies & objectives into relevant Consumer & Trade programs maximizing impact across existing and new consumer touchpoints
- Analyze & interpret consumer & trade data and generate insights to reshape the consumer decision journey
- Drive the implementation of an overall CRM platform with the support of global excellence teams
- Co-create activation programs in close collaboration with Brand teams, Digital & CX, and Sales Managers
- Supervise all activation programs and consistently monitor and analyze activation metrics striving for continuous improvement
- Plan, monitor and optimize activation investment in line with JTI’s portfolio & activation strategy and close collaboration with Finance
- Provide all necessary input to other Business functions within the area or responsibility
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or similar
- Solid experience in Marketing/Brand activation, preferably in an FMCG company
- Substantial knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and the latest marketing tools
- Proven leadership skills as well as strong stakeholder management skills
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
